MARKETING SPECIALIST
 

Job Description:
 

As a Marketing professional in the automotive industry environment, your primary responsibility will be to create visually appealing designs and implement effective marketing strategies to promote the sales of light motor and heavy commercial spares. You will play a crucial role in leveraging social media platforms, identifying target areas for marketing campaigns, and measuring the return on investment (ROI) to drive business growth.

To be a successful junior graphic designer, you should have original ideas and have a keen eye for detail. Ultimately, you should be able to create imaginative designs, be open to learning more and create impressive designs that promote the company's vision.

Knowledge and Skills:

  • Strong graphic design skills with expertise in industry-standard design software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite: Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, CoralDraw).

  • Excellent understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and layout techniques.

  • Experience in creating compelling marketing collateral such as brochures, flyers, banners, social media graphics, and advertisements.

  • Proficiency in managing and creating engaging content for various social media platforms (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn).

  • Knowledge of digital marketing strategies, including social media marketing, search engine optimization (SEO), email marketing, and online advertising.

  • Familiarity with marketing analytics tools to track and measure the effectiveness of marketing campaigns.

  • Excellent understanding and experience in e-commerce

  • Strong project management skills to coordinate marketing initiatives and meet deadlines.

  • Excellent communication and presentation skills to effectively convey marketing concepts and ideas.

  • Creative thinking and the ability to develop innovative marketing strategies.

  • Managerial experience of a small team (at least 3) would be preferred.


Minimum Experience:

  • A minimum of 5-8 years of experience as a marketing professional, preferably in the automotive industry or a related field.

  • Proven track record of successfully managing social media platforms and executing impactful marketing campaigns.

  • Salary:

  • Market related based on experience (please state salary expectations when applying)

  • Own reliable transport required to commute between branches.

  • Must be able to work Saturdays and Public Holidays.

  • A strong portfolio showcasing graphic design skills and successful marketing campaigns.

JUNIOR GRAPHIC DESIGNER
 

Job Description:
 

We are looking for a creative junior graphic designer to join our team. The responsibilities of the junior graphic designer include but are not limited to creating designs according to specifications, reporting to the senior graphic designer, and improving design tasks.
 

To be a successful junior graphic designer, you should have original ideas and have a keen eye for detail. Ultimately, you should be able to create imaginative designs, be open to learning more and create impressive designs that promote the company's vision.


Responsibilities:

  • Understanding project requirements and ideas.

  • Using graphic techniques to create drafts.

  • Producing logos, banners, and interfaces.

  • Pitching creative concepts. 

  • Collaborating with the team to launch projects.

  • Using feedback from other designers to improve.


Minimum Experience:

  • Graphic design qualification or similar. 

  • Up to 3 years of working experience as a graphic designer.

  • Experience with design software and graphics editing software, such as Photoshop and/or CorelDraw.

  • Knowledge of design techniques, such as prototyping.

  • Ability to work well within a team.

  • Time management skills.

  • A talent for creativity and problem-solving.

RADIATOR SALES

 

Job Description:
 

We are seeking a skilled and knowledgeable Radiator Salesman to join our shop in Selby, Johannesburg.As a Radiator Salesman, you will be responsible for promoting, selling, and providing technical expertise on radiators and cooling systems to our customers.

Responsibilities:

  • Your primary goal will be to meet sales targets, develop customer relationships, and ensure customer satisfaction.

  • This role requires strong product knowledge (with experience in condensers), excellent communication skills, and a customer-oriented approach.


Minimum Experience:

  • Must have previous experience in Radiator sales/buying and relevant components.
